I remember when I was addicted to sugar. The cravings were all consuming. I kept
going on one diet after another, starving myself, only to gain the weight back.
Then the cravings were worse than ever and I felt even worse about
myself. Even though I felt terrible-fatigue, anxiety, depression, unstable moods,
sick all the time- I still could not stop eating the sugar and carbs!
Maybe your craving is salty, and you eat a whole bag of chips in front of the TV
at night.
It doesn't matter what your craving is, it just means there is something missing
in your diet or your life.
It took me several years to figure out what I was missing in my life.
When I gave myself what I truly was craving,-nutrients and selfcare,-the intense food
cravings went away and I felt great! I keep my weight at a healthy amount for me,
rarely get sick and have lots of energy. All while eating delicious foods that I love.
